Pastor Reginald Blanchard, A.K.A. J4J, is a motivational pastor, rapper/singer, songwriter and music producer. In 2004 he began his ministry by ministering to the youth at the DeKalb County Youth Detention Center in Decatur, Georgia.

Formerly known as "The Mad Mobster," he turned down a $500,000 recording deal to dedicate his life to Christ and deliver the word of God through rap music. He has released 5 albums, produced for artists across the U.S. and Canada, and won numerous awards.

Carmen Blanchard is the first lady of J4J Music Ministries. She assists the Pastor with the ministry and their other businesses located in Atlanta, Georgia and Fort Worth, Texas. Carmen is fluent in sign language and is a valuable asset to the ministry.

Reggie Blanchard Jr. is a music producer for J4J Music Ministries. He gained his musical talent growing up watching and learning from his father, Pastor Reginald Blanchard. At the age of 8 he learned to engineer and operate recording studio equipment.

A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Regina has an extensive background in music, theater, and performing arts. Noted for her soprano voice, she released her first commercial single "Heaven" — a jazzy gospel composition produced by J4J — carrying a message of encouragement and hope.
